Currently listed: American Samoa, Anguilla, Guam, Palau, Panama, Russia, Turks and Caicos Islands, US Virgin Islands, Vanuatu, Vietnam.
- EU tax list: Fiji removed from the EU tax blacklist. The Council of the EU removed Fiji from its list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes (Annex I).
